Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canada: 2–7 business days
    • United States: 5–10 business days
    • International: 10–21 business days (availability varies by country)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier, or weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping option.

International Shipping

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some countries may restrict the import of skincare products. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status online.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
  • CNANO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Local Pickup (Optional)

Customers located near our facility may request a free local pickup option at checkout. You will be contacted by email once your order is ready for pickup.
