3. Photo Upload & AI Analysis

If you choose to upload a photo, you grant us permission to process that photo using automated (AI-based) tools solely to generate your skincare recommendations. Photos are used only for this purpose and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may use the Service without uploading a photo, in which case AI photo analysis will not be performed.

4. Not Medical Advice

The Service is a consultation experience for general skincare advice and product information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when completing the quiz and to use the Service only for its intended, lawful purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Service.

The CNANO AI Skin Assessment is designed to provide you with a personalized skin assessment and recommendations based on information you provide, including your answers to the skin questionnaire and, where applicable, a photograph of your skin.

The assessment is intended to help identify visible skin characteristics and concerns and provide personalized skincare and pre- and post-procedure recommendations. It is not intended to diagnose a medical condition or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. How It Works

To use the AI skin assessment, you may be asked to upload a photograph of your skin and answer questions about your skin, including your skin type, concerns, sensitivities, priorities, age range, and skincare or aesthetic procedures.

The photograph may be analyzed using automated image-analysis technology to assess visible skin characteristics such as:

• Uneven tone and pigmentation
• Radiance
• Pores
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Redness
• Skin texture
• Visible signs of photoaging

The technology analyzes the photograph to assess visible skin characteristics. It is not intended to identify or verify your identity.

Your responses and assessment results may be used to generate a personalized skincare routine and, where appropriate, recommendations for preparing for and recovering from aesthetic procedures.

3. Your Consent

By choosing to use the CNANO AI Skin Assessment and submitting a photograph, you acknowledge and consent to CNANO collecting and processing the information necessary to provide the assessment, subject to CNANO's Privacy Policy.

You may choose not to provide a photograph. If you do not provide one, certain features of the assessment may not be available.

4. Use of Information

Information collected through the AI Skin Assessment may be used to:

• Provide your personalized skin assessment and recommendations
• Improve the accuracy and functionality of the assessment
• Improve CNANO products, services, and customer experience
• Understand aggregate trends in skin concerns and product preferences
• Communicate with you about CNANO products and services where you have provided the appropriate consent

CNANO will not use your photograph to identify you.

5. Photograph and Data Retention

CNANO will retain photographs and information collected through the AI Skin Assessment only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this notice, comply with applicable legal requirements, and maintain or improve the service, subject to CNANO's Privacy Policy.

CNANO will apply appropriate safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Your assessment may generate recommendations for skincare products, skincare routines, and pre- and post-procedure care.
